### Grooming
Premium dog grooming tailored to breed, size, and coat condition. Full grooming, bath & blow-dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and wrinkle cleaning are available.
- Tiny Paws Package (small dogs 1–10 kg): Full grooming 6500 Ft, Bath & blow-dry 5000 Ft, Nail/ear/wrinkle care 1500 Ft.
- Standard Package (medium dogs 10–20 kg): Full grooming 8000 Ft, Bath & blow-dry 6500 Ft, Nail/ear/wrinkle care 1500 Ft.
- Maxi Package (large dogs 20–30 kg, e.g. German Shepherd): Full grooming 9500 Ft, Bath & blow-dry 8000 Ft, Nail/ear/wrinkle care 1500 Ft.
- Giant Paws Package (large long-haired or giant breed dogs): Full grooming and Bath & blow-dry upon agreement, Nail/ear/wrinkle care 1500 Ft.
- A minimum 500 HUF surcharge applies for severely matted coats or dogs requiring significantly more time/patience.

### Guesthouse (Boarding)
Clean, attentive, and loving dog boarding with daily updates, safety, and full care of individual needs.
- Standard Package: 6500 Ft/day — shared playtime and rest, 1–2 daily photo updates.
- Apple of My Eye Package: 7250 Ft/day — extra individual attention.
- Chat Package: 7000 Ft/day — Standard Package plus one daily video call.

### Daycare
Daytime care without overnight stay, ideal when you can't take your pet with you (e.g., beach, cinema, restaurant). Great for socialization and play with other dogs.
- Standard Package: 5500 Ft (occasional fee).
- Apple of My Eye Package: 6250 Ft (occasional fee).
- Chat Package: 6000 Ft (occasional fee).

### Additional Services
- Crochet: Custom handmade crocheted figures and dog accessories, order at least two weeks in advance; ready-made items available in the gallery/shop; postage paid by buyer.
- Photography: Professional dog (and owner) photoshoots, 3,000 HUF / 10 digital photos; printed photo pricing agreed during the session.

## Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours, or a no-show, incur a 50% charge of the booked days' fee.
- If the owner does not pick up the dog on the agreed day, the standard daily fee continues to be charged; after 5 days of no contact, the dog may be placed in a shelter.

## House Rules Summary
- Valid, complete vaccination records, parasite-free status (fleas, worms, ticks, mites), and recent deworming are required for all services.
- Owners must provide honest information about the dog's personality, behavior toward other dogs/people, and health condition.
- Owners must supply the dog's food for the entire stay to avoid digestive issues.
- Dogs for daycare must be socialized, house-trained, and behave neutrally or friendly with other dogs.
- Aggressive, heavily neglected, or severely anxious/fearful dogs cannot be accepted.
- Owners bear full financial liability for any damage caused by their pet or accompanying persons (e.g. children).
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is strictly prohibited indoors; outdoor smoking must use the ashtray.
- Physical or verbal aggression toward animals is strictly forbidden on the premises.
- Kennels and equipment are disinfected with Sanytol (chlorine- and bleach-free) before and during each stay, cleaned at least twice daily.
- For large-breed grooming, owner presence is required to help with lifting; for epileptic/seizure-prone dogs, the owner must remain present throughout.
- A 500 HUF surcharge applies for severely matted coats, difficult behavior, or client lateness affecting the schedule.

## Dissolution Policy (Official Rules)
- If the boarding house operations are discontinued, closure will be announced at least 30 days in advance on official social media.
- No new dogs will be admitted whose stay would extend beyond the announced closing date.
- Operations are only considered concluded once every animal has been returned to its owner.
- Equipment and supplies are donated (after disinfection) to the Dombóvár Animal Control Facility (HELP-DOMBÓVÁR ASSOCIATION).
